The invoice has not been previously been submitted to another collection agency

50% of the amount collected on each placement.
Subject to the following conditions:

The past due invoice is older than 365 days, or

The original debtor is out of business, or

We must execute collection against parties other than the original debtor, or

The debt is collected by an attorney engaged by TransCredit, or

The invoice has previously been submitted to another collection agency
